1. General Refund Policy
At Star Coaching, we are committed to your success and satisfaction. We offer refunds under specific circumstances outlined below. All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed within 10-15 business days of approval.
2. Individual Coaching Sessions
Single Sessions
- Full refund available if cancelled 24+ hours in advance
- 50% refund for cancellations 2-24 hours in advance
- No refund for same-day cancellations or no-shows
- Emergency situations considered on case-by-case basis
Coaching Packages
- Full refund if requested before first session
- Prorated refund based on unused sessions (minimum 48-hour notice)
- Satisfaction guarantee: Full refund if not satisfied after first two sessions
- Package transfers to another person not permitted
3. Bootcamp Programs
Before Program Starts
- 7+ days before: 100% refund (minus processing fees)
- 3-6 days before: 75% refund
- 1-2 days before: 50% refund
- Day of start: No refund
After Program Starts
- Within first week: 50% refund if program doesn't meet expectations
- Week 2-3: 25% refund for documented hardship cases
- After week 3: No refund (completion certificate still available)
- Medical/Family Emergency: Case-by-case review with documentation
4. Cloud Consulting Services
Due to the customized nature of consulting services:
- Project-based work: Refund for incomplete milestones only
- Hourly consulting: No refund after services rendered
- Retainer agreements: Unused hours refundable with 30-day notice
- Deliverable issues: Full refund if deliverables don't meet agreed specifications
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
Our Promise: We stand behind the quality of our services. If you're not satisfied with your coaching experience or bootcamp program, we offer:
- Free additional coaching session to address concerns
- Program modification to better suit your needs
- Credit toward future services
- Full refund if we cannot resolve your concerns within 30 days
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following items are non-refundable:
- Payment processing fees (typically 3-5% of transaction)
- Certification exam fees paid to third parties
- Physical materials or resources already shipped
- Access to proprietary software or platforms after login
- Time spent on completed deliverables or sessions
7. Refund Process
How to Request a Refund
- Email your refund request to refunds@starcoaching.com
- Include your name, contact information, and service details
- Provide reason for refund request and supporting documentation
- Allow 3-5 business days for review and response
- Approved refunds processed within 10-15 business days
- Refunds issued to original payment method when possible
8. Special Circumstances
We understand that life happens. We may consider refunds outside our standard policy for:
- Documented medical emergencies
- Military deployment or relocation
- Job loss or significant financial hardship
- Family emergencies requiring extended absence
- Technical issues preventing program completion
All special circumstances require documentation and are reviewed individually.
