1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Star Coaching's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Star Coaching provides:

• Personal and professional coaching services
• Business consulting and strategic planning
• Cloud computing and technology training bootcamps
• Data analytics and DevOps engineering education
• Online courses and educational materials

3. User Obligations

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account
• Use services for lawful purposes only
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Participate actively and professionally in coaching sessions
• Complete assignments and coursework as required

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms for our services:

• Payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards and electronic payments
• Bootcamp tuition must be paid in full before program commencement
• Payment plans may be available upon request and approval
• All fees are non-transferable between individuals

5. Cancellation Policy

Coaching Sessions:

• 24-hour notice required for cancellation without penalty
• Same-day cancellations may be subject to full session fee
• Emergency cancellations will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Bootcamp Programs:

• Full refund available up to 7 days before program start
• 50% refund available up to 3 days before program start
• No refund after program commencement (see Refund Policy for exceptions)

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, content, and intellectual property provided through our services remain the property of Star Coaching. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use materials for personal development purposes only. Redistribution or commercial use is prohibited.

7. Confidentiality

Star Coaching maintains strict confidentiality regarding all client information and coaching discussions. We expect clients to respect the confidentiality of other participants in group settings and not share proprietary methodologies or materials.

8. Limitation of Liability

Star Coaching's liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our coaching and training services are educational in nature and results may vary by individual.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the laws of Mississippi, USA. The venue for any legal proceedings will be Greenwood, MS.

10. Modifications

Star Coaching reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of services constitutes acceptance of modified terms.
